Claudia Myatt's Islands and Rocky Shores - Available Now

Claudia Myatt soulfully captures the beauty of the Hebridean Islands in ‘Islands and Rocky Shores’, the first in her exciting new series, ‘Travels with a Sketchbook’. Drawing inspiration from the misty shores of the Scottish islands, Claudia presents sketches sparked by her travels on Sketch and Sail voyages.

These travels presented Claudia with the challenge of capturing the islands in a state of constant change, with shifting light, unpredictable weather and wandering marine life. Never still, they offer a constant flow of vitality and uncertainty.

Claudia is a long-standing Golden Duck author and artist who has worked with us for many years, collaborating with Julia Jones as illustrator of the Strong Winds series. Her other work includes sketchbooks, colouring books and artistic guidebooks, bringing together her love of drawing, travel and the sea.
